Warranty & Support
ECI has a national, factory-authorized warranty and repair center for everything we sell. We offer a 90 day on-site warranty in addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty. ECI’s exclusive service programs include a “Revolving Inventory Program” and “On-Site Extended Warranty Program” to provide customers further support and minimize downtime.
